phpg Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phpg ("phpg," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpg.club. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the phpg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpg platform and close any account you may have registered.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To register and use phpg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from phpg or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phpg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

To access phpg's real-money gaming services, you must register a phpg account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Submit to phpg's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID.

phpg reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpg login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phpg account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Notify phpg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your phpg login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.

phpg will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any communication purporting to be from phpg that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phpg support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phpg are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpg supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phpg may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered phpg users who meet the stated criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• phpg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of phpg's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phpg platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any phpg game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. phpg's games are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to independent testing for fairness and randomness.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, phpg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. phpg's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpg platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phpg games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or identity fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using phpg for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing phpg from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

phpg reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

phpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. phpg provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phpg account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your phpg account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpg platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpg platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the property of phpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phpg platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpg content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpg platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phpg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

phpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the phpg platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
